SCHOOL IN CORONAVIRUS

I was just in March in Ciudad Rodrigo and we did not realize how serious it was and we were lucky that there was no infection, then we went to school and the news did not talk about anything other than the coronavirus and I remember the last one Friday of class that I will not forget in life.
The confinement I have taken better than I expected and what I have done is play with my family, play on the playstation and do all the tasks that the teachers and all the classes sent by video calls that were a bit strange. I hope this is over soon that there is little left and I hope to see everyone as soon as possible.

SELF-ASSESSMENT

I think that at the beginning of the course I started to regulate but little by little I have been improving.

I have to improve the lisening but I have learned a lot.

I have learned to pronounce the words much better and the reading I have to improve

And writing is the worst thing I've done but I'm sure I'll improve it.

But in general I think I have done quite well except not speaking Spanish in class.

Cristina and Abby have taught us great and she has enchanted this year with you.

BUSKAID

Buskaid is a unique initiative. Its aim is to give young people from Soweto the opportunity to explore and fulfil their musical potential, through high quality tuition on the violin, viola, cello and double bass at the Buskaid Music School. This has the added benefit of improving their educational and social prospects, and transforming their whole local community.

It was founded in 1992 by British viola player Rosemary Nalden in response to an item on the BBC's Today programme highlighting the difficulties of a group of young string players in Diepkloof, Soweto.

CHURRASCO

This is a tipic food of Brasil. It is meat juicy and have a good colour.
¡THIS IS DELICIUS!

INGREDIENTS:

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, or to taste

2 tablespoons grill seasoning

2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano

salt and ground black pepper to taste

1 pound skirt steak

2 tablespoons olive oil, or as needed

¼ cup water, or as needed

1 onion, chopped

1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms, drained

DIRECTIONS

 -Step 1

Whisk garlic, balsamic vinegar, grill seasoning, oregano, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Add steak and toss to evenly coat. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator, 8 hours to overnight.

-Step 2

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until sizzling; add meat. Cook uncovered until liquids have drained from the steak, 3 to 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium; cover.

-Step 3

Cook steak for 15 minutes; uncover and flip. Add water to the skillet as needed to keep steak moist. Continue cooking until slightly firm, hot, and lightly pink in the center, about 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 140 degrees F (60 degrees C). Transfer meat to serving plate; reserve liquid in the skillet.

-Step 4

Place onion in the skillet with reserved liquids; cook and stir until softened, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low; add mushrooms. Cook and stir until mushrooms are warmed through, about 5 minutes. Pour onion mixture over steak.
